This is not a hobby, it is not a part time job, it is our business. Our clients are paramount to that business, so we aim to be easily contactable during working hours, and often outside working hours too.

 

#2 - We offer our experience to help you get the most out of your feature at your event  

Over our three years working within the event industry we have assisted with 300+ events. We naturally offer our experience and advice during the organisational stages and 'behind the scenes'. We can also draw on this experience during the 'on stage' supervising of your fountain.

 

#3 - We only use quality Belgian chocolate & dips 

Nothing but the best will do to get that that look of absolute delight and satisfaction on your guests' faces!

  • We WILL NOT use poor quality chocolate
  • We WILL only provide the best dips. Over the last few years we have tried them all and now we know where to get the juciest strawberries, the most fluffy mini donuts, the most heavenly profiteroles ....
  • We WILL NOT use oil, this would only spoil our pure Belgian chocolate
  • We WILL NOT re-use any chocolate

 

#4 - We take pride in our mouthwatering presentation 

There are very few companies who have invested in their own chocolate fountain presentation like we have. With the bowls piled high, the lights on and the chocolate flowing your guests will take their time circling their options before diving right in.

 

#5 - We let your guests dip themselves 

Let your guests get the ultimate fun from the chocolate fountain and dip for themselves! Of course we are there to help those who need assistance though.

 

#6 - We won't let you down 

We have a 100% track record for ensuring that our bookings are served with one of OUR fountains. We do not sub-contract your booking to another company and we will not pull out at the last minute. Several of our clients have been very grateful that we could come up with the goods with under 24 hours notice, as they had been let down, by our competitors, with very short notice.

 

#7 - We arrive at a booked event ahead of schedule

In fact 'early' is our middle name, on time is just not good enough for us.

 

#8 - Our operators are friendly, professional and smart

Our operators maintain our high standards with both hygiene (in which they are well trained) and approachabilit.

 

#9 - We respect your venue 

Our job as your fountain operator it to ensure that yourself and your guests get as much pleasure from your fountain whilst ensuring that the venue does not suffer by way of mess or inconvenience.

 

#10 - Removal of your fountain will be discrete and unobtrusive 

When your fountain has concluded for the night the last thing you want is a long, lingering and disruptive dismantle procedure. We are one of only a few companies who will neatly have an entire assembly dismantled and removed from the room within 20-30 minutes.
